Payment Agreement

Terms for AuraMeet subscriptions, premium features, and virtual items.

Last updated: August 8, 2026
Effective date: August 8, 2026

This Payment Agreement forms part of the AuraMeet Terms of Use and applies when you purchase or use subscriptions, premium features, virtual credits or items, and other paid services (“Paid Services”). AuraMeet is operated by RippleVibe (Hong Kong) Network Technology Limited.

1. Acceptance and Purchase Information

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Payment Agreement and the price, billing period, benefits, and other terms shown on the purchase screen. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method. Paid Services are personal, limited, non-transferable, and may not be resold, rented, shared, or used commercially.

2. Billing and Payment Processing

Purchases may be processed by Google Play or another authorized app store or payment provider. The provider may collect taxes, convert currencies, impose transaction fees, and apply its own payment and refund terms. We receive transaction identifiers, product and subscription status, and related confirmation data, but not your complete payment card number.

Prices may vary by country, currency, platform, promotion, tax, or payment channel. The price displayed and confirmed at checkout controls your purchase.

3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

If you purchase an automatically renewing subscription, it will renew for the billing period shown at purchase unless you cancel before the deadline stated by the applicable app store. Your payment provider will charge the then-current price to your selected payment method.

You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play’s subscription settings. Uninstalling AuraMeet, deleting your AuraMeet account, or stopping use of the Service does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewals, while access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the store states otherwise.

We may change subscription prices or benefits as permitted by law and app-store rules. Required notice and consent will be provided through the applicable store, AuraMeet, or email.

4. Virtual Items and Credits

AuraMeet may offer virtual credits, coins, boosts, or other digital items (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are a limited, personal, revocable license to access features within AuraMeet. They are not money, stored value, property, a bank account, or legal tender, and have no cash value outside the Service.

Unless expressly allowed by AuraMeet, Virtual Items cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, traded, exchanged for cash, or used outside AuraMeet. We may manage, modify, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items as reasonably necessary for legal, security, technical, or product reasons, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Promotional or bonus Virtual Items may expire under terms disclosed when they are offered. Purchased Virtual Items are subject to the purchase terms and applicable law.

5. Delivery and Use

Digital content and Paid Services are generally delivered to your account shortly after successful payment confirmation. If delivery fails, restart the app, confirm that you are signed into the purchasing account, and contact support with the transaction identifier. Do not send complete card details, passwords, or verification codes.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the type and use of the Paid Service, and the rules of the payment provider. Purchases made through Google Play should normally be submitted through Google Play’s refund process. We cannot guarantee approval of a refund controlled by a third-party store.

Except where law or store policy requires otherwise, consumed Virtual Items, partially used services, expired benefits, and completed digital deliveries are non-refundable. Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or technical failures will be reviewed when sufficient evidence is provided. Approved refunds will not exceed the amount paid for the affected purchase.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact the payment provider and support@ripplevibe.online promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment abuse may result in reversal of associated benefits, account restrictions, or termination. This does not limit any lawful right to dispute a charge.

8. Suspension or Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms or Community Guidelines, access to Paid Services or Virtual Items may be lost without refund to the extent permitted by law. If we permanently discontinue a Paid Service before the end of a prepaid period for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will provide a remedy required by applicable law or app-store policy.

9. Account Deletion

Before deleting your account, cancel active subscriptions through the payment provider and use any Virtual Items you do not wish to lose. Account deletion is permanent. Remaining Virtual Items and unused promotional benefits will be forfeited when deletion is completed, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Transaction records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal purposes.

10. Changes to Paid Services or This Agreement

We may update Paid Services and this Agreement to reflect new products, prices, store requirements, or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.

11. Contact Us

For billing support, email support@ripplevibe.online with your AuraMeet username, transaction identifier, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or complete payment card details.
