How to submit a deletion request
- Send an email to support@ripplevibe.online with the subject Delete my AuraMeet account.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your AuraMeet account whenever possible.
- Include your AuraMeet username and either your registered email address or phone number. Do not include your password, verification code, payment card details, or government identification in the initial email.
- We may ask you to complete a reasonable verification step to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What will be deleted
After verification and completion of your request, we will permanently delete or anonymize data associated with your AuraMeet account, including:
- account and profile information, such as your email address, phone number, username, and profile details;
- photos and other content associated with your account, subject to the exceptions below;
- stored location information associated with your account;
- device, usage, and technical information linked to your account; and
- authentication links and identifiers associated with Google Sign-In or phone sign-in.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accounting or transaction records, fraud prevention, safety, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Information retained for these purposes will be limited, protected, and kept only for the period required for the applicable purpose. De-identified or aggregated information that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
Copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until they are overwritten through our regular backup cycle.
Processing time
We aim to verify and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. If applicable law requires a different period or additional information is needed to verify the request, we will notify you by email.
Subscriptions and payments
Deleting your AuraMeet account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Google Play or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription separately through the store or provider where you purchased it. Transaction records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
