1. Scope
These standards apply to every AuraMeet user and to all profiles, photos, videos, messages, comments, reports, links, and other content or conduct on the Service. They apply regardless of whether content is public or private and regardless of whether it is real, fictional, computer-generated, altered, or animated.
2. Prohibited Conduct and Content
AuraMeet prohibits:
- creating, uploading, storing, requesting, distributing, selling, or linking to CSAM;
- grooming a child for sexual activity, sexual content, or exploitation;
- sexualizing a minor or engaging in sexual communication with or about a minor;
- sextortion, including threats involving real or alleged intimate images of a child;
- child sex trafficking, solicitation, advertising, or facilitation of commercial sexual exploitation;
- encouraging, instructing, normalizing, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- sharing identifying information about a child for predatory purposes; and
- attempting to evade detection, reporting, moderation, age controls, or enforcement related to child safety.
3. Age Requirement
AuraMeet is intended only for users aged 18 and above. Users must provide truthful age information. We may restrict access, request reasonable age or identity verification, and remove accounts when we reasonably believe the user is under 18 or has misrepresented their age.
4. Reporting in AuraMeet
Users can submit concerns or reports through AuraMeet’s in-app report feature available on relevant profiles, content, or conversations. Users may also contact our designated child safety point of contact at support@ripplevibe.online.
Include the reported username, content or conversation location, approximate date and time, and a concise description. Do not download, forward, email, or create additional copies of suspected CSAM. Preserve only non-explicit information needed to identify the report.
5. Review and Enforcement
We review child safety reports promptly and may use appropriate moderation, detection, preservation, and investigative measures. When we obtain actual knowledge of prohibited content or conduct, we may remove or disable access to content, restrict or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, prevent repeat access, and take other appropriate action.
We may report confirmed or suspected CSAM and related conduct to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the relevant regional child protection authority as required or permitted by applicable law. We cooperate with valid legal requests and child safety investigations.
6. Immediate Danger
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement without delay. AuraMeet support is not an emergency response service. Where appropriate, contact a recognized child protection organization in your country.
7. Privacy and Report Handling
We handle reports and related personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Information may be preserved or disclosed when necessary to protect a child, investigate a report, comply with legal duties, or support law-enforcement action.
8. Child Safety Point of Contact
The designated contact for notices from users, Google Play, child protection organizations, and authorities concerning potential CSAE or CSAM on AuraMeet is:
RippleVibe (Hong Kong) Network Technology Limited
Email: support@ripplevibe.online
9. Updates
We review and update these standards as our Service, safety practices, and legal obligations evolve. The latest version will remain publicly available on this page.
